Fifteen years ago Kristi wanted to get Mike out of the house, so she signed him up for a beekeeping course. After the class Mike found that he had a real interest in getting his own bees and giving it a try.

After many dead hives and many, many bee stings, Mike finally got the hang of it. One hive grew to two, then to three, up to today’s hives of five or six producing several hundred pounds of honey every year.

All the hives are in the backyard of their little house on Pine Hill Road, where Mike and Kristi jar and sell that honey to you. Enjoy!
